This month we have had Ben join our team at Ramada Hotel & Suites Coventry as our General Manager. We are ecstatic to have Ben on the team and can’t wait to see everything he brings to the hotel! To help you get to know him more we have sat down with and put Ben to the test with this quick-fire quiz.

What are you enjoying most about your job so far?

 

As a General Manager I wear a lot of hats and I am ultimately responsible for the overall “feel” of the hotel and guest satisfaction. I am also very involved in operational functions which keeps me busy supporting the team.

 

What are your favourite spots to visit in Coventry?

 

There are fantastic places to visit in Coventry, a stroll along Spon street, a fun day at the Coventry Transport Museum, a great shopping experience and let’s not forget to enjoy the best curry in the whole west midlands.

Is there anything happening in the hotel or restaurant soon that people need to make sure they are around for?

 

We will be launching our new menu very soon, so check for updates in the next few weeks also we are working on other exciting F&B Concepts which we will be Launching by mid-year
