Terms & Conditions:

    • Photo ID and credit card are required upon check-in.
    • A security deposit of GBP 50 per night is required for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out upon completion of room inspection. We thank you for your understanding.
    • Check in – 2pm
    • Check out – 11am
    • Early check in and check out available at an additional cost.
    • Car park charges – £6.50 per night
    • Non-smoking policy – any guests that have smoked in a room will receive a charge of GBP 200 automatically added to their bill.
    • Sofa bed policy – Only 1 sofa bed available in the Suite (sofa beds are not available in other room types). Pre booking is required with the hotel directly and the sofa beds are charged at £25 each per night. Complimentary cots available (subject to availability).
    • Pet policy – Only medium sized dogs are permitted. Guests are welcome to have two dogs stay in their guest room (if a suite apartment has been reserved). A fee of £15 per dog per night will be charged to have a dog(s) in the guest room for the duration of your stay for 7 days or less. For stays over 7 days please contact the hotel directly.
    • Restaurant times 6.30am – 10pm. No cash payments accepted after 11pm.
